Entry Tax 1996 Act

Telangana Legislative Assembly received the assent of the Governor on the 15th October, 1996 and the said assent is hereby first published on the 17th October, 1996 in the Telangana Gazette for general information (Published in the A.P Gazette Part IV B Extra-ordinary No.50 dated.17.10.1996).

An Act to provide for the levy of tax on Entry of Motor Vehicles into local areas in the State of Telangana and for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
