Please note that the issue of carrying forward the excess credit to the return to be filed in the new State for tax period of June 2014, post bifurcation, is under the active consideration of the Government of Telangana.

Pending a final decision on this matter, You are requested to file the VAT Return for Tax period of June 2014, with “zero” in the relevant box therein (Input tax credit from previous month). You will be guided as to, how to avail this excess ITC in due course, as soon as the decision from Government is received.
