Any assessing 1{ ...}, appellate or revising authority may issue a summon in Form IX for the production of any document or the appearance of any person.

Rule - [56-A. Any assessing authority may require any Schedule Bank including any branch of such bank or any banking institution in the State to submit a return in Form A8 in each month.]
