Rule 40

Every petition under Section 22(1) to the High Court shall be in Form III and shall be verified in the manner specified therein. The petition shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order of the Appellate Tribunal and where it is preferred by the dealer be accompanied by a 1[ fee of Rs.500]. 1.
