Rule 34

Every order of an appellate or revising authority under Section 19 or 20, as the case may be, shall be communicated to the appellant or the party affected by the order, to the *[ assessing authority] against whose order the appeal was filed and to any other authority concerned. *Subs. by G.O.Ms.No.868, Rev.dt.29.8.1989
